Welcome to I.S.A Corporation. "I.S.A Corp" provides website features to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at I.S.A Corp., you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future I.S.A Corp. service or business (e.g., Your Profile, Gift Cards, Unbox, or Your Media Library) you also will be subject to the guidelines, terms and agreements ("Terms") applicable to such service or business. If these conditions are inconsistent with such Terms, the Terms will control.
PRIVACY
I.S.A. Corporation is deeply committed to your right to privacy and takes your privacy seriously. We have very strict privacy policies and we strive to keep your personal and financial information secure.
This Privacy Policy covers I.S.A. Corporation treatment of personally identifiable information that I.S.A. Corporation collects when you are on the I.S.A. Corporation website, and when you use I.S.A. Corporation services or products.

Personal Information. In order for each customer to access and utilize I.S.A. Corporation products and services, I.S.A. Personally Identifiable Information is only captured when a visitor signs in to the system and willingly discloses such information in the Personal Profile section of the web site or in response to questions while creating documents with our I.S.A. Corporation software program.
Personally Identifiable Information includes, but is not limited to: (i) 'Contact Data' (such as your name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number and email address), (ii) 'Financial Data' (such as your credit card number, expiration date, and verification code), (iii) 'Demographic Data' (such as your zip code and gender), and (iv) other 'Legal Data' (such as your social security number, mortgage information, automobile information, personal wedding information and other sensitive information necessary to generate proper legal documents). This Personally Identifiable Information is necessary to generate the products and services created by our I.S.A. Corporation software program.
Please be advised that certain personal information becomes public record upon the filing of documents with the state or the court. For example, the corporate name, business address and the name of the registered agent become public information upon the filing of articles of incorporation. In many cases, the Secretary of State will provide this information to third parties for a fee. The US Patent and Trademark Office will also make public the names and addresses of trademark registrants. In some states, fictitious business names, including the name and address of the business owner, must be published in a newspaper. I.S.A. Corporation privacy policy does not cover actions by these third parties.
Use of Personal Information. I.S.A. Corporation , sometimes with third party assistance, may use your Personally Identifiable Information to verify your identity and process your order and payment through merchant account services, to generate the products and services you create with our I.S.A. Corporation software program, and to analyze our customer demographics to better serve you. Your Contact Data may be used to contact you in order to follow up with transactions initiated on the I.S.A. Corporation website, respond to inquiries made through the Site, inform you of any changes to the Site and send you additional information about I.S.A. Corporation . We do not sell or rent Personally Identifiable Information to third parties, except as necessary to provide you with the services we offer. User Access to and Ability to Update Personally Identifiable Information. We maintain a procedure to help you confirm that your Personal Information remains correct and up-to-date. Through your personal profile, you are able to (i) review and update your Contact Data, (ii) complete any pending orders, and (iii) begin a new order. RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from I.S.A Corp. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
I.S.A Corp. attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, I.S.A Corp. does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by I.S.A Corp. itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
PRICING
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent "open-stock" prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set. Where an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants, the List Price may be provided by the merchant.
With respect to items sold by I.S.A Corp., we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by I.S.A Corp.. Your purchases from third-party sellers are charged at the time you place your order, and third-party sellers may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.
RETURNS
All return authorizations have to be approved by I.S.A Corp. prior to them being shipped. Please call and get a RA number before returning an order.
The customer pays all return shipping costs.
All return requests MUST be made within 10 days of date of invoice. Return requests on invoices older than 10 days will be denied.
All returns must be in their original condition and include the packaging. Full case quantity purchases need to be complete and returned as they were originally shipped.
All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
SHIPPING
I.S.A. Corporation will make every possible attempt to ship an order within 3 business days. Normally it is next buisness day, but in some rare cases it might be up to 5 days.
All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless the customer selects an alternative method at an added cost. Product orders that are too large to ship via UPS ground service will ship via the least expensive method.
